Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and PKR666 ("PKR666," "we," "us," "our"), governing all access to and use of the PKR666 website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process on PKR666, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you agree to be bound by them, and that you accept the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all residents of Pakistan and any other jurisdiction from which PKR666 accepts registrations. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. PKR666 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on PKR666, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR666 strictly prohibits underage gambling and actively enforces this requirement.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during the registration process and keep this information updated at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a PKR666 employee unless explicit prior written consent has been granted.
• You must not be registering on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

PKR666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation relating to your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

When registering, you agree to receive transactional communications from PKR666 related to your account, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts and verification requests. Marketing communications are subject to separate consent which may be withdrawn at any time.

Account Management & Security

Your PKR666 account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. PKR666 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances – by email, by phone or through live chat.

You must notify PKR666 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. PKR666 will act promptly to secure your account upon receipt of such notification. However, PKR666 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Your account details – name, date of birth, identity documentation – must match the personal information you provide at registration and may not be altered to impersonate a different individual.
• PKR666 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including requesting a selfie with your CNIC or a live video verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. PKR666 will notify you by email before applying any dormant account policy, including any applicable administrative fee as disclosed in the account terms at that time.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the PKR666 Platform complies with all applicable laws. PKR666 does not warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Deposits & Payments

PKR666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. PKR666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold may be automatically declined.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR666 balance within minutes under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical delay, PKR666 support should be contacted with the transaction reference number.
• PKR666 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside PKR666's control.
• By depositing, you confirm that the funds are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account being used.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR666 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Standard account withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing with faster target times as detailed in the VIP Club terms.
• Weekly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Bronze – Rs 100,000; Silver – Rs 300,000; Gold – Rs 1,000,000; Platinum – Rs 3,000,000; Diamond – Rs 5,000,000.
• Before processing any withdrawal, PKR666 may require you to complete identity and payment verification. Requests for documentation must be fulfilled within 5 business days or the withdrawal request will be placed on hold pending compliance.

PKR666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are significantly larger than the player's typical wager pattern. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply wrongdoing. Such checks are typically completed within 24 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

PKR666 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses and special event promotions. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply to all PKR666 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
• Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games including Baccarat, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per individual, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• PKR666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer before acceptance if a technical error has caused an incorrect bonus to be displayed.
• The PKR666 VIP Club weekly cashback is issued with zero wagering requirements and may be withdrawn immediately upon credit.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the PKR666 Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or involve physical dealing by live dealers captured on camera. PKR666 is committed to providing fair, transparent and verifiable game outcomes at all times.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return for each game type. These figures are accurate and verified through regular independent audits. Actual returns for individual sessions will naturally vary from the theoretical average.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical fault that interrupts a game round, PKR666 will review available server logs to determine the correct outcome and credit or adjust the relevant account accordingly. The decision of PKR666's technical team in such disputes is final.
• If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, PKR666 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any amounts incorrectly credited, regardless of whether the player has already wagered the incorrectly credited balance.
• Players must not use any external software, tool or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage in any PKR666 game. This includes but is not limited to automated betting scripts, card counting software or any program that interferes with the Platform's normal operation.

VIP Club Programme

The PKR666 VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered players. Participation is automatic upon registration and no separate application is required. The programme operates across five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond – each carrying progressively enhanced benefits as detailed on the VIP Club page.

• VIP Points are earned automatically on all real-money wagers across eligible PKR666 game categories at the rates published on the VIP Club page.
• Tier progression is determined by cumulative VIP Points. Tier upgrades take effect automatically when the required point threshold is reached.
• VIP Points do not expire provided the account records at least one real-money wager within any 90-day period.
• PKR666 reserves the right to modify VIP Point earning rates, tier thresholds and associated benefits with reasonable notice to players. Changes will be communicated via email and through the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
• VIP Club benefits including cashback, withdrawal priority and personal manager access are subject to continued adherence to these Terms. Serious violations may result in VIP tier demotion or removal from the programme.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PKR666 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of converting illegally obtained money through gaming activity. PKR666 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPN services or other methods to claim the same bonus more than once, or systematically exploiting bonus terms in ways not intended by PKR666.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place wagers or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting PKR666 support to resolve the underlying issue. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, including regarding age, identity or country of residence.

Responsible Gaming

PKR666 is deeply committed to responsible gaming as a genuine operational priority. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we recognise our responsibility to provide tools and support that help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

All PKR666 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost, available directly within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss amounts per day, week or month. PKR666 will prevent further play once the limit is reached for the defined period.
• Session time alerts: Receive automated notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude your account from all gaming activity for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period regardless of requests.

PKR666's collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary: PKR666 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. All data transmitted between your device and the PKR666 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. PKR666 adheres to industry-standard data security practices and conducts regular security reviews of its infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR666 Platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, design elements and trademarks – is the intellectual property of PKR666 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PKR666 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any PKR666 content without prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to PKR666 may be used by PKR666 without compensation or attribution to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR666's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform – whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your PKR666 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PKR666 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, revenue or profits resulting from any Platform downtime, technical fault or game malfunction beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind.
• Delays in processing caused by your payment provider or by third-party banking infrastructure.
• Any loss or damage to your device or software resulting from your access to or use of the PKR666 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits PKR666's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

PKR666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity including money laundering or identity fraud.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, PKR666 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution within 48 hours where legally permissible. Verified, legitimate balances that remain in a suspended account following a completed investigation will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.

You may close your PKR666 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Available real-money balances will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Changes to These Terms

PKR666 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PKR666 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately due to legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the PKR666 Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to PKR666's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact PKR666 support in writing at support@pkr666.ws to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents PKR666 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the Platform, its intellectual property or its players from ongoing harm.
